This is the starting point and the overall view of the application.
The dashboard allows you to track the progress of a maintenance request through the different stages of the process.
Tasks are managed exclusively within the Urbest space and have no connection with task management in Smovin.
In this view, you can see the different statuses of a maintenance request once it has been created:
To be done
To be assigned to someone
Accepted
In progress
On hold
Resolved or completed
This view is customizable. In the top right corner, you can switch to the list view by clicking on the icon with three horizontal lines.
You can also use the calendar function, which allows you to schedule the different requests based on the days and times they need to be carried out.
For both available views, it is possible to filter and sort the various requests.
Each request can be archived or deleted, and these options are accessible via the icons in the top right corner: an archive icon and a trash bin.
