Urbest – How to Invite Users ?

The integration is a collaborative tool that enables all involved parties to communicate quickly and efficiently.

You can invite your collaborators to join your workspace. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Click on the “Organisation” button located at the top right of the dashboard.

  2. Add the user's email address to send the invitation.
    ⚠️ It is very important that the user accesses the workspace using the same email address the invitation was sent to.
    Otherwise, they will only have access to the application as a basic user, meaning they can only create requests and won’t have access to the full workspace.

  3. Assign a role to the new user by choosing from the following options:

Permission

Manager

Contractor

Can be assigned to a request

Can assign a request to self/others

Can invite new members

Can access all requests in the organisation (all categories, buildings, cities)

Can add new buildings

Can access all sections of the app

Can view Organisation & Indicators sections

  1. Select the buildings the user will have access to within the application.

  2. Optionally, select the cities.

  3. Indicate the types of request categories the user will be allowed to submit.

Your collaborator will receive an invitation by email, and you can monitor the status of the invitation in the Organisation section.

Once the invitation is accepted, they will become part of your workspace and their information will be accessible in the corresponding section.

⚠️ Important:
The invited user must accept the email invitation within a short timeframe. If the invitation expires, for security reasons, it cannot be resent to the same email addre
