Urbest - How Can Tenants Submit Requests?

Your tenants can easily submit requests through a mobile application.

They simply need to log in to the app using the same email address they provided for communications, and they will automatically be linked to the unit they are renting.

They will not have access to your workspace or personal information—only to data related to their unit.

You can also use the app by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

  2. Download the Urbest app.

  3. Log in using the same credentials as your desktop account.

If you manage a building with multiple units, we recommend downloading a poster or flyer and displaying it in common areas to help tenants easily access the app.


How to Submit a Request via the Mobile App

  1. Open the Urbest app after installation.

  2. Log in with your credentials (if needed, request them from the manager).

  3. Tap the “Create a Request” button. [More info here.]

The building selection step is skipped, as the connection between the tenant and their unit is already set up.

  1. Provide the request details: location, floor, and a clear description of the issue.

  2. Add a photo (optional, but recommended for better clarity).

  3. Tap Send to submit the request.

Once sent, the request will automatically be forwarded to the relevant manager or service provider.
