After an agreement with the tenant or a decision by the justice of the peace, it may be necessary to adjust the amount of the charges, for example if the amount changes or to correct a data entry error.
Steps to follow
Go to the page of the relevant contract
Go to the Contract information section
Scroll down to the Fixed fee and/or provisions section
Click on Reassess fixed fees or Reassess provisions
You will then need to indicate:
The type of revision
The new amount of charges
The date from which this new amount becomes effective
Whether you want to notify the tenant
Click Next.
✅ The revision will then be recorded in the contract activities.
