Have a question or stuck somewhere? Our team is available via the chat, at the bottom right of your screen.

The main sections of the application (left-hand menu, from top to bottom)

  • Dashboard — An overview of your activity: payments to assign, payments to match, connected bank accounts, rent and charges for the month, outstanding income from previous months, expenses, tasks to be carried out and occupation rate. You can filter by building (and by owner on a Professional account) and generate a report.

  • Contracts — Your rental contracts and your tenants' details.

  • Properties — Your buildings and units, with all the related information.

  • Financials — Your financial data and flows.

  • Analytics — Your indicators based on the data in the application: rent and charges received, expenses, occupation rate, etc.

  • Tasks — All the actions that require a decision from you (for example, sending a payment reminder to a tenant).

  • Contacts — Easily find and edit your contacts' details.

  • Communications — The history of everything you've sent to your tenants: email, letter or SMS.

  • Purchase invoices — Your purchase invoices.

  • Sales invoices — Your sales invoices (Pro version).

  • Rent requests — The rent due notices.

  • Rent receipts — The rent receipts.

What can you enter in the application?
