For better monitoring of your meter readings, we invite you to add them to the platform.
To add your meter reading, you need to have registered your meters beforehand. If your meters are not yet registered, please consult the user guide to help you add your meters.
Once you have logged on to your personal area, simply click on the ‘Assets’ tab, then on ‘Properties’ and then select the property or building concerned.
You will be redirected to the information page for your property. Click on the "meters" section.
To add a gas meter reading, simply click on ‘GAS’ in the meter section. A secondary window will appear, asking you to ‘Add a measurement’.
Once you have clicked on the ‘Add a measurement’ option, you will be asked to add the information required for the reading: date and measurement. You can also add a file (e.g. a photo of the meter).
Once all the information has been entered, simply click on ‘Save’. Your gas meter reading is now saved on the platform.
To add a water meter reading, simply click on ‘WATER’ in the meter section. A secondary window will appear offering you the option to ‘Add a measurement’. Once you have clicked on the option, you will be asked to add the information required for the reading: date and measurement. You can also add a file (e.g. a photo of the meter). Once all the information has been entered, simply click on ‘Save’.
Your water meter reading is now saved on the platform.
If you have a hot/cold meter, you will need to take two readings.
To add an electricity meter reading, simply click on ‘Electricity’ in the meter section. A secondary window will appear offering you the option to ‘Add a measurement’. Once you have clicked on the option, you will be asked to add the information required for the reading: date and measurement. You can also add a file (e.g. a photo of the meter). Once all the information has been entered, simply click on ‘Save’.
Your water meter reading is now saved on the platform.
If you have a day/night meter. You need to enter two readings: one for the day, often represented by a sun, and one for the night, represented by a moon.
