From the Properties section in the Portfolio tab, click on New Property.
In Smovin, we distinguish between properties and buildings.
Properties are individual rental units that are rented out.
This can be a house, an apartment, a room in a shared rental, or student housing.Buildings allow you to group multiple properties together.
For example: an apartment building with three apartments or a house divided into five rooms that you rent separately.
