In the communication details, under Track the communication, click To the portal. You are redirected to bpost tracking (Track &amp; Trace), which shows the status of your registered mail: in transit, available at a pickup point, delivered, and so on.

Yes. When you send a registered letter via Smovin, you have two elements: a proof of sending that you can download in the application, and online tracking with bpost.
