How to connect your bank account with our application?

Connect your bank account to automatically track the payment of your rents.

How does it work?

Thanks to a consultation mandate established between Smovin and your bank, we have the right to view your bank transactions.

Rest assured, no withdrawals or transactions can be made by us. You can terminate the consultation mandate at any time.

Our algorithm is able to analyze incoming payments from your account and link them with the expected rents and charges.

How to do it?

Click on your initials in the top right corner, then select Account settings.

Then, go to the My Bank Accounts section and click on New Bank Account.

Then, fill in the following fields:

  • Name: Enter the account holder's name.

  • IBAN

  • Bank Name

Next, click on Save.

Your account will then be added, and you need to activate automatic tracking by clicking Connect.

Click on Add a holder and fill in their personal information, then click Save.

You will then just need to click on "Request automatic tracking", and we will process your request.
