In civil and commercial leases, early termination clauses are sometimes established.
You can add these custom termination options when entering the contract.
In the "Contractual Terminations" section, click on Add.
💡 For commercial leases with a 9-year term, standard tenant termination clauses (3-6-9) are added automatically. Please make sure they match the terms of your lease agreement.
Indicate the possible termination options:
Who can terminate the contract early: the tenant, the landlord, or both.
Termination date.
Applicable notice period.
📌 For terminations by the landlord, Smovin will notify you on your dashboard at least 2 months before the start of the notice period.
You can edit this information at any time by clicking on “Actions > Modify” on the contract page.
