Following an agreement with your tenant, they may benefit from free rent or charges for one or more months.
From the contract page, go to Fiancials.
Click on + Add a transaction. Then select "Free rent/Charges period".
A window will open where you can enter:
A description (e.g., Free rent due to repairs)
The amount to which the free period applies: rent or charges
The period
💡 If you are applying only 1 month of free rent, enter from July 23 to July 23.
The rent/charge calls for your tenants will be automatically adjusted to the dates you’ve entered so that they won’t be generated.
Planned free periods in the future can be modified at any time from the contract page.
