Following an agreement with your tenant, they may benefit from rent or charges being waived for one or several months.
From the contract page, go to the Financial section.
Click on + Add a transaction, then select "Free rent/charges periods".
A window will open where you can indicate:
A description (e.g. Rent-free period due to works)
Which amount the waiver applies to: rent or charges
The period
The rent/charges requests for your tenants will automatically be adjusted according to the dates you entered, so they are not generated.
