How to connect your bank accounts via PONTO Connect?

Link all your professional bank accounts through the PONTO banking connection.

How does it work?

Thanks to a viewing mandate established between Smovin and your bank, we are granted read-only access to your banking transactions.
Rest assured, no withdrawals or transactions can ever be initiated by us. You can revoke the viewing mandate at any time.

Our algorithm is able to analyze incoming payments on your account and match them with expected rents and charges.

How to do it?

Click on your initials at the top right, then select Account settings.

Then go to the My Bank Accounts section and click on New Bank Account.

Then fill in the fields:

  • Name: enter the name of the account holder

  • IBAN

  • Bank name

Then click Save.

Your account will now be added, and you must activate automatic tracking by clicking Connect.

You will then be redirected to the PONTO Connect website.

You can then enter your information (first name, last name, email, and password) to create your Ponto account.

If you already have an account, simply enter your Ponto email and password to log in.

Next, follow the instructions to connect your bank accounts. Select the account(s) you wish to link to Smovin and confirm by clicking Authorize.

All incoming payments will then quickly be available on Smovin.

💡 The bank connection with Ponto Connect must be renewed every 3 months. You will be notified of this renewal by email and via your dashboard.
