What is a SEPA file?
It is a document that contains multiple bank transactions. You can import this file into your online banking platform and validate all transactions with a single click.
Which transactions are included in the SEPA file?
You can include in your SEPA file the amounts to be transferred to your clients and the amounts of your fees to be paid into your agency’s account.
How to proceed?
To generate a SEPA file, go to the "My Clients" tab, click on "Actions," and select "Generate SEPA files."
If your agency’s bank details are incomplete, a window will open to let you add them.
💡 These will be used to transfer your fees into your agency’s account.
Step 1: Assign bank accounts
Select the clients you want and link the bank account into which their rents are paid. Then click Next.
