A tenancy notice is a document sent to tenants to remind them of the amount of rent and service charges for the next period.
How do I generate due notices?
To generate your due notices, go to the Management tab and select the Rent request section. You'll find all the notices you've generated on this page.
Then click on "Generate rent requests" to start the process.
Step 1: Contract Selection
Next, select the contracts and periods for which you want to generate your notices.
A bell 🔔 may appear next to a contract, indicating that it can be indexed. In that case, it's recommended to apply the indexation before sending the notice to ensure the amount is accurate.
💡 Feel free to click on Select all items to choose all contracts or use the search bar.
Once your contracts are selected, click Next.
Step 2: Summary
For each contract, you can preview the generated document and decide whether you want to send it immediately.
Step 3: Communication
Confirm the content and the delivery method for the communication.
💡 This is a bulk communication, which means the same message will be sent to all recipients, and anyone added in cc will be copied on every email sent.
Click Send to confirm.
Once your rent notices have been generated, you can find them under the Management tab. Those that have been sent will also be available on the contract page under the sent communications.
