To add a description of your properties, click on Patrimony -> Units and then select one of your properties or buildings.
This takes you to the first section, “Property description”.
You can add a description of your property by clicking on Describe my property in the General information sub-section below the gallery.
The description of the property or building consists of 3 main parts:
The description itself
Generally speaking, the year of construction, the legal status, the total surface area and the description of the property. For units, you can also describe the interior and exterior.
Would you like to add a type of interior or exterior data that we don't offer, such as the condition of the window frames, the type of tiling or the surface area of the swimming pool? No problem, just create your own data by clicking on “Add a field”. This data will then be available for all your properties.
Financial
Encode the purchase price and date, as well as the cost of renovations and the estimated value if you know it.

Insurance and certificates
Add your insurance information and energy performance diagnosis (EPB) results and also add the documents so you can find them easily when the time comes.
You can add photos by clicking on “Add photos”. You can add several photos at the same time.
