To add the description of your properties, click on Properties on the left and then select one of your properties or buildings.
Once there, scroll down to "General Information" > Describe my property.
The description of the property or building is made up of three main parts:
The description itself
In general: the year of construction, the legal status and the description of the property. For units, you can also describe the total surface area, the interior and the exterior.
If you want to add a type of data that we do not offer—such as the condition of the window frames, the type of tiling, or the pool size—no problem: create your own data field by clicking ‘Add field’. This data will then be available across your entire portfolio.
Financial
Enter the purchase price and date, as well as renovation costs and the estimated value if you know it.
💡 This information will be used to calculate the profitability and return on your property or building. You can view this in the Expenses section.
Insurance and certificates
Add your insurance information and the results of the energy performance certificate (EPC). You can also upload the documents so you can easily find them later when needed.
You can also add pictures by clicking ‘Add pictures' in the gallery just below the page. It is possible to upload multiple photos at the same time.
