Have you or your tenant terminated the lease? Enter this in Smovin.
1. Go to the contract page
In the "General information" section, you will find all the key dates of your contract, including the scheduled end date.
📌 There may be two end dates: an ‘initial’ one and a ‘current’ one.
The first corresponds to the initial period when the contract was concluded.
The current end date appears in the event of renewal of the lease or early termination.
2. Click on "Cancel the contract" next to the end date
A window will open asking you to indicate the end date of the contract.
Click on "Cancel the contract" to confirm.
