You can add this information at any time (even after the contract has been entered into Smovin).
1. After creating the contract
Go to the contract page. In the ‘General information’ section, you will find all the contract information.
At the very bottom, you will find information about the rental guarantee.
Click on the "..." and then on "Add" (or Modify).
You will then be redirected, so please complete the necessary information.
2. When creating a contract
When creating a contract, you can indicate whether a rental guarantee has been taken out for it. You can also enter additional information in the application, such as:
The amount;
The type (on a blocked account, on the landlord's account or other);
The payment date;
Additional information;
Related documents.
