In the Equipment section of the property page, you'll find all the information relating to equipment: meters, boilers, water heaters, etc.
To add your equipment, click on ‘Add equipment’.
A window opens. You can select all the equipment in the list.
📌 If your equipment is not present, you can create it by writing in the search bar.
That's it, your equipment has been created! 🥳
You can now modify each piece of equipment and enter maintenance information. To do this, click on the ‘...’ next to the equipment.
Indicate the following
Equipment reference: make, model
Indicate whether the equipment requires maintenance.
If compulsory or recommended, indicate:
The person responsible for maintenance: tenant or owner.
Is maintenance compulsory or recommended?
Date of next service
Frequency of service
Optional: Notes
Optional: Document
