Once you've added your equipment, you'll be able to manage maintenance.

In the Equipment section of your property or building page, you'll find all the information related to equipment: meters, boilers, water heaters, etc.
To add maintenance performed, click on the '...' and then on Add maintenance.
You can then personalize the date of the interview and the date of the next one.
