How do I add units to my Smovin subscription?

Your Smovin subscription includes a set number of units. When you reach that limit, you need to increase the number of units on your subscription before you can encode new ones.

Steps

  1. In the left-hand menu, click Settings.

  2. Open the My subscriptions tab.

  3. In the box showing your plan and your current number of units, click Add unit to my plan.

  4. In the Add one or several units window, enter the new amount of units you want on your subscription (this is the target total, not the number to add).

  5. Tick the box to accept the billing.

  6. Click Modify.

💡 The number of units on your subscription is always visible under Settings → My subscriptions.

To manage your billing details, click Access your billing on the same page.
