After an agreement with the tenant or a decision from the judge, the rent amount must be adjusted.
Here’s how to do it:
Go to the relevant contract, stay on the general information page, and scroll down to the financial details of the contract.
There, on the same line as the rent amount, you will see "Reassess rent."
Then, you will need to provide:
The type of revision.
The new rent amount.
The date from which this new rent will be effective.
Whether you wish to notify the tenant.

Click on Validate
Select your rent reassessment, click on Next, and you will find this re-evaluation in the activities of your contract.
