After agreement with the tenant or a decision from the justice of the peace, it may be necessary to adjust the rent amount – for example, in the event of a change in the amount or to correct a data entry error.
Here’s how to proceed:
Go to the relevant rental contract.
Stay in the General Information tab and scroll down to the Financial Information section of the contract.
Click on the three dots next to the current rent amount.
Select Reassess Rent from the menu.
By clicking on it, you will then need to confirm that this is the correct property.
Next, you will need to provide:
The type of adjustment.
The new rent amount.
The date from which this new rent takes effect.
Whether you wish to notify the tenant.

Click Next. The adjustment is now recorded in the contract's activity log.
