How do you add a company to the address book?

If you want to enter a company, but that’s not the person you want to send communications and documents for signing to, here’s what to do:

Then, select "Company".

The "Company General Information" section?

This includes the company's contact details that will appear on documents generated by Smovin, such as invoices and reports. This includes the company's address, phone number, and email address.

What is the difference between the "Brand Name" field and the "Legal Name" field?

The "Brand Name" will replace the "Legal Name" on the documents. Most of our users leave the "Brand Name" field empty and do not use it.

→ The phone number and email address entered in the "Company General Information" section will not be used to send communications to the tenant. These contact details are mainly intended to appear on documents generated by Smovin.

The "Personal Information of the Representative" section?

This section includes the personal details of the company’s representative. This information will be used to determine who will receive SMS messages, emails, letters, and registered mail generated from the application.

How can I update the contact information of the company or its representative?

You can access your address book and edit the relevant information for each contact. Make sure to save the changes.
