In a building, the allocation key is used to calculate the amount of common charges owed by each tenant. In effect, each tenant must pay the common charges to cover the expenses inherent in the proper operation of the building.

The distribution of common and individual charges between the various units, and the methods of calculation, must be set out by the co-owners in the basic deed of co-ownership and in the building's co-ownership regulations.

To find the distribution key, go to the building in question.

In “General Information” and then “Action”.

This allows you to modify it or create a second :

And don't forget to save it.
