How do I file my documents?

You can upload documents for each of the three main entities:

  • Your real estate portfolio, which consists of your buildings and units

  • Your rental contracts

  • Your tenants

Documents are organized separately to make them easier to find throughout your use of the application.

  • Documents related to units and buildings will always remain accessible, even if there are new contracts or tenants. For example, you can store your purchase deed, energy performance certificates (PEB), and electrical compliance certificates there.

  • Documents related to contracts are filed under each specific contract, making it easy to locate the correct lease, inspection report, etc.

  • Tenant documents are individual, such as copies of ID cards or payslips.

To add a document, you need to select the relevant unit, contract, or tenant from your portfolio. You can then upload the appropriate documents.
