How do I organise my documents?

Add a tenant, owner, guarantor or service provider to your address book, so you can then link them to a unit or a contract.

How do I add a contact?

Record your invoices (water, maintenance, building management, repairs…) in Smovin to centralise your expenses and prepare your charge settlements.

How do I add a purchase invoice?

Smovin lets you store your documents (contracts, inventories of fixtures, EPC certificates, insurance, ID documents…) directly on the relevant entity, so you can find them easily.

How do I add a document?

You can give other people (business partner, accountant, colleague…) access to your Smovin account and choose their access level.

How do I add users to my Smovin account?

When a tenant leaves the unit and a new one moves in, do not modify the existing contract: terminate it, then create a new contract for the new tenant.
