Documents are filed separately on each entity, so you can find them easily throughout your use of the application.
Building or unit documents: they stay accessible regardless of successive contracts and tenants. For example, you can file a deed of purchase, an EPC certificate or an electrical inspection report.
Contract documents: they are filed contract by contract, making it easy to find the right lease, the right inventory of fixtures, etc.
Person documents: they are individual, such as a copy of an ID card or a payslip.
