How do I add users to my Smovin account?

You can give other people (business partner, accountant, colleague…) access to your Smovin account and choose their access level.

Add a user

  1. In the left-hand menu, at the very bottom, click Preferences.

  2. In the left column, click My account. The Account users section lists everyone who has access.

  3. On the right of that section, click Add a user.

  4. Enter the person's email address.

  5. Choose the Access type from the dropdown:

    • Administrator: full access to the account.

    • Member: full access, except account and user management.

  6. Confirm.

    • If the person already has a Smovin account, they receive an invitation by email right away.

    • If they don't yet have an account, you'll be asked for a few extra details: fill them in, then click Add.

The person will receive the login instructions by email and will then be able to access your account.

Change your account email address

  1. Add a new administrator with the new email address (see above).

  2. Log in with this new address.

  3. Then remove the access of the old address.
