Add users to your Smovin account

Click on your initials in the top right corner of your screen, then select "My Preferences."

On the left side of your screen, go to the "My Account" section. There, you’ll see all the users linked to the account.

Click on "Add a User."

Enter the email address of the new user and specify whether they will be an administrator or a member.

A member does not have access to account settings (such as managing the Smovin subscription or user management).

You can also assign Contributor or Guest roles and limit access to specific parts of your portfolio by activating the User Access Management module on your account. [Learn more].

  • If the person already has a Smovin account, an invitation will be sent to them directly via email.

  • If the person does not yet have a Smovin account, you’ll be asked to provide additional information.
    Fill in the required fields and click "Add."

The new user will receive an email with login instructions and will then be able to access your Smovin account.

What if you want to change the email address linked to your Smovin account?

Simply add a new administrator with the new email address (see steps above).
Then log in with the new address and remove access for the old one.
