Postal sending pricing

When you send a communication to a tenant by letter or registered letter via Smovin, a cost applies: Smovin handles printing, sending and tracking.

The exact total cost appears in the Payment block of the send window (Number of pages, Price per page, Total price) before you confirm. You therefore always see the price before sending.

What determines the price

  • The number of pages;

  • The type of sending: standard letter or registered letter.

Rates (as of February 2026, subject to change)

  • €0.10 per page (printing and sending);

  • Standard letter: €2.50;

  • Registered letter: €16.

Example: a one-page payment reminder sent as a standard letter costs €2.50 + €0.10 = approximately €2.60.

💡 Postal sends are billed quarterly and added to your invoice. Sends go out every working day at the end of the day.
