In which cases?
We recommend that you modify your contracts very sparingly. Smovin generates rents on the basis of the information entered in the application.
The information you can change is :
The current end date of the contract.
The bank account into which the rent is paid.
Rental guarantee information.
However, it is sometimes necessary to change incorrect information in the contracts in the application.
The type of lease contract.
Please note that the end-of-contract rules are different for each type of contract.
The amount of the initial rent.
This is used to calculate the indexation ⚠️. If you change it, you risk distorting the indexation.
The current rent.
If the current amount is incorrect due to an encoding error, you can change it. If the rent has been indexed or revalued, please go through the appropriate processes.
How do I do this?
From your contract page, click on ‘Actions’ and select ‘Modify’.
You will then be redirected to the contract modification form.
