⚠️ Important: recording the guarantee here only saves it in the contract information (for reference). It has no impact on the tenant's balance. For the guarantee to be reflected in the balance (expected amount, payment received, refund), you must record it separately in the Financial tab: see How to manage the rental guarantee in Smovin.
When creating the contract
At the Rental guarantee (optional) step, click Add a rental guarantee.
Choose the type: Blocked account, On the owner's account, Other, Korfine or e-DEPO.
Fill in the information you want (amount, date, additional information, documents).

If no guarantee was added when creating the contract
From your dashboard, click the Contracts tab, then the relevant contract.
In the General information section, scroll down to the rental guarantee information (at the bottom).
Click the three dots (⋮), then Add.
Choose the type, fill in the information, then save.
