How do I edit a contract's tenants?

You can add tenants to a contract, remove them, or change the main tenant.

📌 Each contract must have at least one main tenant. The main tenant cannot be deleted: to change them, first add the new main tenant.

All these actions are done from the contract page, in the Contracting parties section → Tenant(s).

Access: from your dashboard, click the Contracts tab, then the relevant contract, then scroll down to Contracting parties.

1. Add a tenant

  1. Next to Tenant(s), click the three dots (⋮), then Add.

  2. In the Add tenants window, choose an existing tenant via Select, or create a new one via + New (Create a new contact form).

  3. Click Confirm.

2. Change the main tenant

  1. Next to Tenant(s), click the three dots (⋮), then Change the main tenant.

  2. Select the new main tenant.

📌 If the new main tenant is not yet on the contract, add them first (step 1).

3. Remove a tenant

Next to the name of the tenant to remove, click the three dots (⋮), then Remove the tenant.

4. Edit a tenant's information (email, phone…)

  1. Click the tenant's name: you are redirected to their profile in the address book.

  2. Click the three dots (⋮), then Edit.

  3. Make the changes, then click Save.
